What currency is your shop based on?
All prices listed on our site are in Singapore Dollar (SGD).
The exact exchange rate that you will pay is based on the bank that your card is issued on. They are usually in the similar exchange rates as Google Currency Converter.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, indeed! All items are packed and mailed out from Singapore.
Right now, shipping rates of flat rate are as follows: -
Local (Singapore) = SGD$1.00
International (Ordinary Mail) = SGD$2.00
International (Registered) = SGD $3.50
All packages are mailed out on Saturday. If orders are received on Saturday itself, they will be considered as orders for the new week and will only be mailed out the next Saturday. In the event that packages are delayed on our end, you'll be notified through email.
International orders may take any time between 2 weeks - 4 weeks to arrive, depending on your local post services. We are not held responsible for lost packages that are not insured by ordinary mailing.

What payment modes are available?
All transactions are securely completed either through PayPal or Stripe.

Yes, right now it only reflects our existing stock and based on what was created so far. In the event if the portrait pin you liked is sold out, just drop me an email and we can craft a new one for you.
Can I still order a sold out product or a sold out portrait pin?
Unfortunately we do not take in returns or issue or refunds based on such requests. Even for Custom Portrait Pins, if they turned out to be something you don't like, we are not liable to issue a return or refund too. It is clearly stated in the purchase page.
However, if you have received a wrong item in your package or a defective product. Do drop us an email with your order number and photo of the product so we can follow up to it.
